The Signia Motion 13P 3Nx is a mid-tier power Behind-the-Ear (BTE) hearing aid that brings Signia's signature Own Voice Processing (OVP) and 3D Classifier intelligence to people with mild to severe hearing loss. With a peak output of 141 dB SPL and 81 dB peak gain (earhook, ear simulator), it has the headroom for difficult hearing situations — and it streams audio directly from your iPhone, no extra accessory required.
Own Voice Processing recognizes and separates the sound of your own voice from everything else, so you sound natural to yourself — solving one of the most common complaints first-time hearing aid users have. The 3D Classifier automatically recognizes your listening environment (quiet, conversation, traffic, music) and adjusts the hearing aid's behavior in real time, without you needing to touch a button.
The Motion 13P 3Nx runs on a 24-channel signal-processing platform with 12 gain handles and supports up to 6 personalized hearing programs. 3-step speech and noise management keeps voices clear in noisy environments, eWindScreen suppresses wind noise outdoors, and SoundSmoothing reduces sudden loud sounds like dropped utensils or clattering dishes. Narrow Directionality (when fitted to both ears) focuses tightly on the speaker in front of you in challenging noise. HD Spatial sound preserves the natural sense of where sounds are coming from.
Made for iPhone direct streaming lets you take phone calls, listen to music, and watch videos with the sound coming straight into your hearing aid. Adaptive streaming volume keeps levels comfortable as the source changes. e2e wireless 3.0 pairs the left and right hearing aids so they work as one system, and TwinPhone routes a phone call to both ears for clearer conversations.
The Motion 13P 3Nx is rated IP68 — the highest dust- and water-resistance grade in hearing aids — so it stands up to sweat, rain, and accidental splashes. A nanocoated housing adds extra protection against moisture and earwax. The size 13 zinc-air battery delivers approximately 120-130 hours of use, and an optional integrated telecoil makes hearing-loop venues and phone calls effortless. For tinnitus relief, the 3Nx includes both a static tinnitus noiser and Notched Noise Therapy.
