Terms of service.
These terms govern your use of the Professional Hearing Solutions shop and the orders you place with us. By using the shop or placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.
About us
Professional Hearing Solutions is an audiology practice operating authorised Hearing Suites in Islamabad and Rawalpindi, Pakistan. We are the authorised dealer in Pakistan for the brands listed on this shop. References to “we”, “us”, or “PHS” refer to Professional Hearing Solutions.
Eligibility & accurate information
To place an order you must be eighteen years of age or older and authorised to make the purchase. You agree to provide accurate contact, shipping, and audiogram information. Hearing aids are programmed against the audiogram supplied at the time of the order; you are responsible for the accuracy of that audiogram and for ensuring it is the most recent record of your hearing. We recommend a fresh hearing test before ordering if your existing audiogram is more than twelve months old.
Prices & availability
All prices are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and reflect rates current at the time of viewing. Prices may be revised without prior notice owing to market conditions, currency movement, supplier pricing, and stock availability. Subsequent changes to our listed prices do not entitle customers to retrospective adjustments. Stock displayed as available reflects our records at the time but is not guaranteed; in the rare case that a model becomes unavailable after order, we will contact you to offer an alternative or to refund the relevant payment.
Placing an order
Submission of an order is an offer from you to purchase the listed items. Your order is accepted by us when we confirm receipt of your payment and begin processing. We may, at our discretion, decline an order if the information provided is inconsistent, if the payment cannot be verified, or if we are unable to obtain stock from the manufacturer. In such cases your payment will be refunded in full.
Payment
We accept payment by IBFT/bank transfer and by Easypaisa. Orders are processed only after your payment screenshot is verified against our receiving account. Please do not share screenshots of someone else’s transfer or attempt to upload edited screenshots — this delays verification and may result in the order being declined.
Programming & delivery
Once payment is verified, our audiologists programme the device to your audiogram. Standard programming typically completes within one to two business days, after which the device is dispatched via TCS or Leopard. Delivery times across Pakistan are typically two to four business days. Delivery times for remote areas may be longer and are outside our control.
Custom-fit products
Custom-fit hearing aids (CIC / ITC / IIC) require an in-clinic ear impression. These models cannot be despatched through the shop and instead require a visit to one of our Hearing Suites. The shop allows you to indicate interest and we will follow up to arrange an appointment.
Returns, refunds & warranty
All sales are final. Hearing aids are personalised to the customer’s audiogram and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund once dispatched. The manufacturer’s international warranty applies separately and covers manufacturing defects only. Aftercare
Every customer receives lifetime aftercare support at our Hearing Suites — including adjustments, troubleshooting, cleaning, and minor in-clinic servicing — for the life of the device. Aftercare does not extend the manufacturer’s warranty and does not constitute a replacement guarantee.
Limitation of liability
Hearing aids are medical devices. They are intended to assist hearing and are not curative. Outcomes vary depending on the nature and severity of hearing loss, the accuracy of the audiogram provided, the user’s adaptation period, and a range of individual factors. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PHS’ total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
Intellectual property
Brand names, logos, product photography, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. PHS uses these only as an authorised dealer to identify the products we sell. Site content (layout, copy, photography we have produced) belongs to PHS and may not be reproduced without permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute arising in connection with an order placed through the shop is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Islamabad.
