The Signia Motion 13P 5Nx is a premium-tier power Behind-the-Ear (BTE) hearing aid that delivers Signia's full Own Voice Processing (OVP) experience to people with mild to severe hearing loss. With a peak output of 141 dB SPL and 81 dB peak gain (earhook, ear simulator), it has the headroom for difficult hearing situations — and it streams audio directly from your iPhone, no extra accessory required.
Own Voice Processing recognizes and separates the sound of your own voice from everything else, so you sound natural to yourself — a problem most hearing aids struggle with. The 3D Classifier automatically recognizes your listening environment (quiet, conversation, traffic, music) and adjusts the hearing aid's behavior in real time. SpeechFocus and Spatial SpeechFocus add advanced steering to lock onto the speaker you want to hear, even when they're not directly in front of you.
The Motion 13P 5Nx runs on a 32-channel signal-processing platform with 16 gain handles and supports up to 6 personalized hearing programs. 5-step speech and noise management, 3-step SoundSmoothing, and directional speech enhancement work together to keep voices clear in restaurants, gatherings, and other noisy settings. eWindScreen binaural suppresses wind noise across both hearing aids when fitted to both ears. A dedicated HD Music preset preserves the timbre and dynamics of music — fine-tuned by audiologists, not a generic "music mode."
Made for iPhone direct streaming lets you take phone calls, listen to music, and watch videos with the sound coming straight into your hearing aid. Adaptive streaming volume keeps levels comfortable as the source changes. e2e wireless 3.0 pairs the left and right hearing aids so they work as one system, Narrow Directionality focuses tightly on the speaker in front of you in challenging noise, and TwinPhone routes calls to both ears.
The Motion 13P 5Nx is rated IP68 — the highest dust- and water-resistance grade in hearing aids — so it stands up to sweat, rain, and accidental splashes. A nanocoated housing adds extra protection against moisture and earwax. The size 13 zinc-air battery delivers approximately 120-130 hours of use, and an optional integrated telecoil makes hearing-loop venues and phone calls effortless. For tinnitus relief, the 5Nx includes both a static tinnitus noiser and Notched Noise Therapy. 3 Learning classes let the hearing aid adapt to your individual volume and program preferences over time.
