The Signia Motion 13P 7Nx is the flagship power Behind-the-Ear (BTE) hearing aid in the Motion 13P Nx family — the maximum performance configuration for people with mild to severe hearing loss. With a peak output of 141 dB SPL and 81 dB peak gain (earhook, ear simulator), it has the headroom for difficult hearing situations, and it streams audio directly from your iPhone with no extra accessory required.
What separates the 7Nx from the rest of the family: a 48-channel signal-processing platform with 20 gain handles, extended bandwidth up to 12 kHz for fuller and more natural sound, and EchoShield — Signia's room-echo cancellation that makes places like mosques, large halls, and tiled bathrooms easier to follow. These features are exclusive to the 7Nx tier.
Own Voice Processing (OVP) at maximum performance recognizes and separates the sound of your own voice, so you sound natural to yourself — a problem most hearing aids never fully solve. The 3D Classifier auto-recognizes your listening environment (quiet, conversation, traffic, music, outdoors) and adjusts the hearing aid's behavior in real time. SpeechFocus and Spatial SpeechFocus lock onto the speaker you want to hear, even when they're not directly in front of you, and Narrow Directionality focuses tightly on a single voice in challenging noise.
For sound quality: 3 HD Music presets preserve the timbre and dynamics of music (concerts, recorded music, live performance), eWindScreen binaural suppresses wind noise across both hearing aids when fitted bilaterally, 7-step speech and noise management is the most flexible in the family, and 3-step directional speech enhancement plus 3-step SoundSmoothing keep voices clear in restaurants, gatherings, and other complex listening environments.
Made for iPhone direct streaming lets you take phone calls, listen to music, and watch videos with the sound coming straight into your hearing aid. Adaptive streaming volume keeps levels comfortable as the source changes. e2e wireless 3.0 pairs the left and right hearing aids so they work as one system, and TwinPhone routes calls to both ears for clearer conversations.
The Motion 13P 7Nx is rated IP68 — the highest dust- and water-resistance grade in hearing aids — so it stands up to sweat, rain, and accidental splashes. A nanocoated housing adds extra protection against moisture and earwax.
