The Signia Motion SP 5px is a premium-tier super-power Behind-the-Ear (BTE) hearing aid built for adults with severe to profound hearing loss. With a peak output of 144 dB SPL and 85 dB peak gain (earhook, ear simulator), it delivers the high amplification needed to bring back speech clarity — and adds Signia's full premium audiology stack to make conversations easier in even the most demanding listening environments.
The Motion SP 5px runs on Signia's primax platform with SpeechMaster at the core: a real-time algorithm that lifts the dominant speech signal above competing voices and background noise. Layered on top are SpeechFocus, which automatically steers the directional microphones toward whoever is speaking — even when they're behind or beside you — and Narrow Directionality, which focuses tightly on a single speaker in front of you in challenging noise. TruEar restores the natural directional cues that hearing loss flattens, so sound places again.
A 32-channel signal-processing platform with 16 gain handles supports up to 6 personalized hearing programs. The full premium noise management suite — 32-channel noise reduction with 5 steps, 5-step speech and noise management, 3-step SoundSmoothing, and 1-step directional speech enhancement — keeps voices clear in restaurants, gatherings, and other complex listening environments. eWindScreen binaural (when fitted bilaterally) suppresses wind noise across both hearing aids in 3 steps.
The Spatial Configurator lets your audiologist program Span and Direction settings into bespoke listening modes you can switch to — for example, a "front-facing" mode for the dinner table or an "all-around" mode for outdoor walks. SoundBrilliance fine-tunes high-frequency clarity, and a 3-class sound equalizer (with a dedicated HD Music preset) gives you finer control over the timbre of what you hear.
AutoPhone automatically switches into a dedicated phone program when you hold a receiver to your ear, TwinPhone (bilateral fit) routes calls to both ears, and a built-in telecoil makes hearing-loop venues effortless. Wireless CROS/BICROS support is available for patients with asymmetric hearing loss. e2e wireless 3.0 pairs the left and right hearing aids so they work as one system, and the optional easyTek accessory streams audio from TVs, phones, and other devices straight into your hearing aids.
The high-capacity size 675 zinc-air battery delivers an exceptional approximately 180 hours of use — even with the higher current draw of a super-power device. The Motion SP is rated IP67 for dust- and water-resistance, with a nanocoated housing for extra protection against moisture and earwax. A push button, rocker switch, and LED status indicator give you direct control. For tinnitus relief, the 5px includes a static tinnitus noiser with 16 handles and 5 presets plus 4 Ocean Waves therapy presets. 3 Learning classes let the hearing aid adapt to your individual preferences over time.
